ADU Loan Options

Cash Out Refinance

This can be a buyer’s best option to pay for a new ADU. It pays off any existing mortgages and provides cash directly to the borrower. They can then use those loan proceeds to pay for and build their new ADU. This option requires current substantial home equity.

Renovation Loan
